I have just completed my work-study training in payroll management. I was followed and supported throughout my journey by my trainer, Agnès Chenina. Her rigorous knowledge of payroll is matched only by her qualities as a trainer: her humanity, her empathy, her humor and her devotion to her trainees. I owe him a lot in my success in this training and my taste for my new profession. Agnès, thank you for everything.

Flee this “training center”, the premises are unsanitary, useless trainer, no personalized support. The premises are in very poor condition, at €10,000 per training, it is raining inside the classroom where there are the computers, plus mold on the walls and ceiling. When we ask the trainer for help he has to look it up on Google, so it’s useless. During the internship periods no support, I was given no leads or anything and when we don't find anything they force you to resign.

I was trained in a very educational way by Agnès Chenina at Afpa in Roubaix. Agnès is a trainer passionate about the fields of payroll and accounting and when she passes on her knowledge to us it is with excellence and empathy. In addition to being a seasoned trainer, she has immense generosity towards her trainees. His humor and his poetry soothe us and we feel wonderfully good by his side. Thank you Agnès for everything you gave me. 🥰

Hello, I completed training with the AFPA DE ROUBAIX, my training went poorly I would say, my first training period was very difficult, the training seemed incomplete to me, I felt betrayed by my trainer reference following my follow-up in the company which I did not appreciate at all this event which therefore discouraged me in my training especially since I thought I had established confidence. Concerning the courses: no note, no correction by my reference trainer, I had the impression of wasting my time, no personal follow-ups. BUT however the last 4 months of my training went really well I would like to particularly thank Carine.W for her investment in my comrades and I, the last 4 months have been exceptional. Carine W is a trainer with a serious and dynamic pedagogy. I felt listened to and supported by him, if I succeed in my DIPLOMA it will be thanks to you Carine so I thank you with all my heart.
